Owner, Helen Stacey, has over 34 years industry experience and set up Aspire Jobs to stand out in a crowded marketplace. Having worked in Independent, National and International agencies, she knows what works and more importantly what doesn’t! Her experience includes building the largest independently owned recruitment agency in the South (at the time) from nothing in 1999 to a turnover of £13 million, with 5 offices and 70 staff at its peak. Her 32+ years within the recruitment industry means she has extensive contacts throughout the South West. A consummate, passionate and experienced professional who can enhance a business on many different levels. Well respected by staff, clients and the business community as a whole, her experience covers all aspects of recruitment including temps, perms, industrial and commercial/executive recruitment as well as being able to provide information on the local employment marketplace, salaries and the Dorset/Hampshire economy in general. As one of the most experienced recruiters in the business, Helen understands exactly what it takes to find the right candidates for the right roles, adding lasting value to each. Her professionalism combined with her friendly and approachable manner has indeed seen Helen successfully fulfil thousands of vacancies which have withstood the test of time.
Natasha joined Aspire Jobs in October 2023.
She started her Recruitment journey back in 2007 and has successfully worked her way from an Administrator to Regional Business Manager within the Logistics / Industrial recruitment sector.
Having done so, Natasha believes this has given her a clear understanding of the full 360 recruitment cycle. She understands her Client's needs and will ensure these are met to the best of her ability.
With a professional attitude, Natasha ensures she has Clients and Candidate's best intentions at the forefront.
She has a wealth of industry knowledge having worked in this sector for 16 years and prides herself with the relationships she has built over those years. Natasha’s values are being honest, reliable and very loyal.
She is looking forward too transferring her skills and experience from the Temporary marketplace into the Permanent marketplace and continuing to build relationships with a variety of Clients.
Becky joined the Aspire Jobs team in February 2022 and is responsible for helping Helen & Tasha resource candidates for vacancies. She has a strong administration background and prides herself on her customer service skills with a strong people focus.
Having relocated from London to the Hampshire area, Becky has settled her 5-year-old son into a local school, has had her 2nd son and is loving working in recruitment.
Amanda joined Aspire Jobs in September 2022 having recently relocated from Berkshire to Dorset. Amanda has previously worked within recruitment for 8 years for a local family run business in Berkshire, providing administrative support for both temporary and permanent recruitment. Prior to this, she resided in Australia for 6 years when she worked within customer service for an aromatherapy company and loved making her own soaps! She has a strong background within administration and prides herself on providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Again, Amanda helps Helen and Tasha resource candidates for our clients needs.

Debbie has been running businesses for many years and has a wealth of experience in managing people, planning for growth and creating efficient operations. She has a passion for business, and loves nothing more than to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in to the cut and thrust of a company. Debbie’s greatest skills lie in Administration, Organisation, Sales and Marketing, although throughout her career has been fortunate enough to experience nearly all elements of business. Debbie joined The Passionate PA team in January 2016 and has been working with Helen & Aspire ever since on a range of brand and marketing support projects.
