I found Aspire to support me as the applicant throughout the Interview process. Helen supplied good information before the interview, by way of an online chat. This helped me to prepare for how the interview day would be. I was encouraged to search the company I was applying for so I new what kinds of questions I may want to ask and how to respond to questions they may ask me about them. This showed the company that had an interest in them. I felt very prepared for the interview and subsequent 2nd interview. Unfortunately on this occasion I was not successful, but I will use Aspire again should they have any other work that I want to apply for. Helen contacted me afterwards with feedback as to why I did not get the position on this occasion.

I honestly can’t recommend this agency enough. As a young person looking for a job, I was quite nervous about finding the right role and taking the next step in my career.
