What an enlightening experience dealing with Helen at Aspire Jobs. While my CV had been professionally drafted for me, Helen was able to pinpoint and advise on weaknesses in the CV and recommended changes that would get through the vetting processes. She provided excellent guidance on how to approach the initial Teams interview, which resulted in getting a second face-to-face interview. The information Helen provided for this was in depth, and she gets to know and fully understand the employer's culture and requirements. Helen followed up on every step of the process and was quick in getting feedback from the interviewer and feeding it back to me as a candidate for the position. Every step was handled very professionally and Helen's focus was ensuring the position and culture would suit both the candidate and the company rather than just getting a placement for the position advertised.
