I have had a great experience with Becky and Amanda. Becky called me to discuss a job that I might be of interest. I was very much interested and within the week, I was invited for a call with the employers and then invited for a second interview the week after, whereby the next day I was offered the job! Amanda called me after I applied for a ‘Facilities Assistant’ role via Totaljobs. She had a nice telephone manner and was very warm and friendly which was comforting as I found the process of applying for jobs through jobsites a bit clinical. Amanda explained the job specification and we both agreed I was a good fit for the role. She forwarded my CV to the recruiter with a letter highlighting some skills that suited the position, and within few days I had confirmation of an interview! Having been out of work a while I was nervous about the prospect on an interview, but we had an interview prep session the day before which gave me some ideas of what to expect, things they might ask me, some ideas of questions to ask them and advised me to do a bit of research on the company. All this preparation really helped me to feel more confident going into the interview, and I’m very pleased to say I got the job! Communication has been excellent throughout the process, I even received a message from Amanda before my interview to wish me luck!
