Salary: £30K-£32K depending on experience plus bonus

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (1 hour for lunch) office based

Aspire Jobs are working with a well-established and growing FMCG solutions provider who are looking for an experienced Internal Account Support professional to join their growing team.  This role will see you dealing with their warehouse tracking vehicles, dealing with customs paperwork and providing front line support via the phone and MS teams as well as email to their large customers.  You will also deal with 3PL's to track movements of goods. If you have worked in a warehouse admin role or have an undrstanding of vehicle sizes and logistics that would really help.

The successful Internal Account Support will be someone who:

Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday, 30 minute lunch, office based (rota every 6 weeks where you will be required to work 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch)

This role will see the successful candidate working in a team of both internal account managers and a dedicated field sales rep, supporting a large portfolio of allocated accounts. (approx. 200).  Your role will be to manage your accounts, take orders and manage the customer's expectations in a professional and efficient manner. You will work very closely with a field Sales Executive to service your accounts and up-sell opportunities, whilst building long standing relationships.

This is a very busy role that requires experience of multi-tasking, juggling many balls at once, have an excellent memory and be confident across the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience of Internal Sales Advisor:

  • Previous experience within a customer service/ account manager position.
  • Confident communicator on the phone.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident use of Microsoft systems.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • You should also have good Maths and English (GCSE Grade C and above)
