Current Sales Vacancies

Sales jobs in Dorset and Hampshire move quickly, and the good ones rarely stay live for long. Employers come to us looking for telesales and field sales talent, lead generation specialists, and experienced sales consultants who can be trusted with a book of clients from day one. A number of these commercial roles are filled through our network before they are ever posted publicly.

Because demand for strong salespeople rarely lets up, registering with us means you hear about relevant sales vacancies as soon as they land on our desk, rather than trawling job boards yourself. We only get in touch when something is genuinely worth your time.

Why Candidates Choose Aspire Jobs

Sales is a results-driven world, and that can make job hunting feel like a numbers game, from mass applications to generic job descriptions, and little sense of what a company or a target looks like day to day. We take a more considered approach, because a sales role that is wrong for you will not stay won for long, however good the offer sounds on paper.

We are a boutique, independent recruitment consultancy covering Dorset and Hampshire, small enough that you will always speak to the same person and never feel like a name on a list. We hold both a candidate charter and a client charter, and we are proud to be award-winning without losing the personal touch that got us there. Every sales jobs enquiry starts with a proper conversation, not a form.

To find out what sales jobs we are currently working on, call Amanda on 07988 784876, Helen on 07974 429217 or email us directly at [email protected]. We are always happy to have an honest conversation about what is out there.

  • We look past the job title to the substance underneath it — before you go anywhere near an interview, we talk through your track record, your targets, and what motivates you, whether that is base salary, commission structure, or the chance to grow your own client relationship management approach.
  • We know which employers back their sales teams properly — some businesses invest in training, tools and territory; others expect results without giving people much to work with. We have seen both up close and will tell you honestly which is which before you commit any time.
  • We would rather get it right than get it done quickly — a rushed placement rarely works out for anyone, so if a vacancy is not a genuine fit, we will say so. Our reputation depends on the salespeople we place staying placed, so you can be assured we’ll take the time needed to get it right.
