Break down your long-term vision into short and medium-term goals that serve as stepping stones. These goals should be specific, achievable, and revisited regularly to stay aligned with your evolving interests or industry changes. Staying flexible allows you to adapt as needed.

Identify skills essential for reaching your career goals, whether they’re technical skills, leadership abilities, or industry-specific expertise. Committing to continuous learning will boost your confidence and help you remain competitive in your field.
