Why working with an agency recruiter can be rewarding

Refer a friend and receive a £250 referral reward!

If you refer a friend who isn't currently registered with Aspire Jobs and is offered a role through us, you could be eligible for the 'Refer a Friend' bonus of £250 of vouchers.

The small print!

  • Payment is subject to the candidate being placed in a permanent role within 6 months of us receiving their details from you.
  • The candidate must remain in the position for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
  • Your friend must not be known to us already and the reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash/cheque.
  • You can choose which company/brand the vouchers are for, as long as vouchers can be purchased online.
  • There's no limit on the number of referrals made.
  • Vouchers are subject to tax.

So if you know someone who is looking for a job, get them to send in their CV to [email protected], ask them to mention you in their cover email and reference the Refer a Friend scheme - we'll take it from there!

Benefits of working with a recruitment agency

Here's a reminder of some of the benefits of working with a recruitment agency when you're job hunting...

  • Professional representation: Agencies can present the candidate's profile in the best light to potential employers.
  • Broader opportunities: Agencies often have access to multiple job openings across various companies, expanding the candidate's options.
  • Market insights: Recruiters can provide valuable information about industry trends, salary expectations, and company reputations.
  • Interview preparation: We offer guidance and preparation for interviews, potentially improving the candidate's performance.
  • Negotiation support: Recruiters can act as intermediaries in salary and benefit negotiations.
  • Confidentiality: For candidates who don't want their current employer to know they're job hunting, agencies provide a layer of discretion.
  • Feedback loop: Agencies often provide feedback on applications and interviews, which can be valuable for future job searches.
  • Ongoing relationship: A good agency may continue to work with the candidate throughout their career, offering future opportunities.
  • No upfront cost: Typically, candidates don't pay for agency services (the hiring company does), so it's a free resource for job seekers.
  • Potential for faster placement: Agencies with strong employer relationships may be able to fast-track the hiring process.
